Starting quietly

I’ve started and abandoned a personal site more times than I’d like to admit. Each attempt got fancier and less finished. This time I tried the opposite: start small, keep it calm, ship it.

The plan is loose. Some notes on things I’ve built, the occasional idea I want to think through in writing, and a running list of what I’m reading. No schedule. No pressure to perform.

If you’re reading this, it worked — the thing got made and stayed simple.

New posts go in src/content/blog/ as markdown, each with a title, description, and date. That’s the whole system.
